Promoting Nature Tourism

The Yorkshire Belle is proud to have been running cruises to see the wonderful nature surrounding Flamborough Head and Bempton Cliffs for well over 35 years. People are amazed at the close proximity of the seabird colonies of the cliffs, with opportunties for the best views of Puffins, Gannets, Razorbills, Guillemots, Kittiwakes and all the other seabirds.

Now that East Yorkshire is established as a Nature Tourism UK hotspot we are delighted that the Yorkshire Nature Triangle includes us as an attraction, a look at their website will find details of many of the places that we sail past on our trips including

RSPB Bempton Cliffs  a great reserve to visit, with cliff top viewpoints and activiies most days, and for over 28 years the Yorkshire Belle has partnered with the RSPB Local  East Yorkshire Group to provide a series of RSPB Cruises each year.  This year the trips start on May 15th - so check out the vents  page of the East Yorkshire RSPB Local Group website where you will find all the dates listed and details of bookings

At South Landing Flamborough, the   Yorkshire Wildlife Living Seas Centre is another great place to visit and find out about their work with the sea fisheries and cliffs at Breil Newk at Flamborough Head                    .
